Heather Bundy

Director

Heather Bundy is originally from Carmel Valley, California, but came to Texas to attend Texas Christian University and study education in 1994. Heather has been in public and Christian education since 1998 and has worked with children and youth in ministry since 2008. She is married to her husband, Jeff, and has two amazing children, William and Emma. Heather enjoys working with youth in ministry, being outdoors, and spending intentional time with family. She is a Director in Ft. Worth and is excited to serve First Priority, connecting youth in student leadership, giving them the opportunity to know and hear the gospel of Christ, and ultimately connecting them to the local church.

Tim Rose

Area Coordinator

Tim Rose is originally from Stillwater, Oklahoma but came to Texas as soon as he could to attend Texas Baptist College. He graduated from TBC in 2018 and then graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2020 with a Masters of Arts in Christian Education specializing in Student Ministry. Throughout his years in student ministry, Tim had a passion for sharing the good news with every student. He is excited to continue this with First Priority and empowering students to share Christ with one another and connect back to the local church. When not with students, Tim enjoys being with his wife and 3 kiddos, fishing, smoking meat, and cheering on the Texas Rangers.

Mark LaCroix

Area Coordinator

Mark LaCroix lives with his wife, Jenny, in Cleburne, Texas. Mark moved to Texas as a firefighter in the United States Air Force. After graduating from Hardin-Simmons University, Mark began his career as a social studies teacher. While teaching in Midland, he was named VFW of Texas High School Teacher of the Year, Humanities Texas Outstanding Teacher of the Humanities, and he was a finalist for Texas Secondary Teacher of the Year and HEB Secondary Teacher of the Year. Mark helped to start a First Priority chapter at A.D. Wheat Middle School in Cleburne in the 2023-2024 school year and he served as a faculty sponsor for the club until his recent retirement from education. Mark and Jenny have two children, Phillip and Avery.

Kris Sanchez

Area Coordinator

Kris Sanchez is from Texas and she graduated High School with her Cosmetology License. She worked as a hairstylist through college and graduated from Texas Baptist College at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a BA in Christian Studies. She has worked the past 4 years as a Student Ministry Associate and Girls Minister. As Kris has worked in Student Ministry, and been on missions in South Asia and Cambodia her desire to reach people has grown as well as the burden to reach the lost. She is excited to deepen her passion for reaching students with the Gospel by empowering them to share Christ with one another and to connect students with the local church. Kris enjoys reading, writing, and playing video games with her brothers and friends.
